Workouts I’ve been loving

Let’s be real, going to the gym can be intimidating. Especially if you don’t know what to do, where to begin, or how to use the machines.  I always found it a struggle to stick to the gym because I never knew what to do.

Over the years I fell in love with at-home workouts. I streamed all of my workouts from beachbody, because for me, working out from home was way more comfortable. 

Within the past few months I have been doing more of my own workouts instead of following a specific workout program.  I’ve been taking some of my favorite workout moves and just ‘doing my own thing’.  I wanted to include a few of my favorite workouts I’ve done that won’t require any equipment, and that you can do right in your own home!

Remember; don’t focus on the amount of calories you burn! Focus on getting your heart rate up and just MOVING YOUR BODY. If you worked out today, count that as a win. If you didn’t, well girl what are you waiting for!



Workout #1
Cardio workout:
60 seconds: High Knee Run
45 seconds: Side Suffle
30 seconds: Burpees
15 seconds: Jumping jacks

Repeat x4 rounds, with 1-2 minute rest in-between each round

Workout #2
Body weight EMOM workout:
EMOM = Every Minute On The Minute- Start your timer, do your reps, and whatever time you have left in that minute is your rest time.

Body weight lunges x20 (10 each leg)
Plank hold shoulder taps x20
Push ups x15 (Drop to your knees if needed)
Tricep Dips x15
Russian Twists x20

Repeat x5 Rounds, with 1-2 minute rest in-between each round

Workout #3
Body Weight Workout
2 squat jumps to burpee x10 30 second High knee run
Body weight squats x10
30 second jumping jacks
Plank hold x30 seconds

Repeat x 6 rounds, with 1-2 minute rest in-between each round.
