I Tried Arbonne for 30 Days

I always love to try new products. Especially when it comes to nutrition supplements or anything related to fitness and/or health. I tried Arbonne products for 30 days. Here are my thoughts.

Previous Programs

Now, it’s no secret that I was a die hard Beachbody fan. For almost 2 years I used their supplements and did the workout programs consistently. And I saw so much progress within my fitness. I truly fell in love with working out again. Which was something I had been missing in my life for a long time.

But, it’s no secret to anyone that knows Beachbody or anyone who has tried their products, that their supplements  are very expensive.  Specifically their ‘superfood shake’ which can run you $129.95 for a 30 day supply (ouch). Of course, if you are a “coach” you get a discount, but you still end up spending over $100 with shipping included. The company claims that it’s the “healthiest shake” on the market. And you will see every Beachbody Coach who promotes Shakeology say that it’s “the equivalent of eating seven salads”. *Insert eye roll*. As much as I didn’t love the cost of the shake, I did actually enjoy the taste, (which is very controversial, lol). But after a while, I realized I could not justify the price of their shake. Especially because I wasn’t drinking it consistently.

What I Ordered From Arbonne

After seeing Arbonne on my Instagram feed for months, I decided to try a few products. They had just launched a banana pancake protein powder and a grapefruit Energy Fizz stick. I decided to order both the protein and the fizz sticks. And with those two items I was able to get a free gift. I chose to try their greens powder. I personally love having a greens supplement in our pantry because I truly don’t eat enough vegetables.

As soon as I got my box, I immediately ripped it open and tried all three products. Banana protein powder? *chefs kiss*. Absolutely delicious. The grapefruit fizz? Again, delicious. The Greens powder? Also not a bad option. I have tried many different greens from various brands. For the most part I feel as though all greens taste fairly similar. Arbonne greens are very tolerable if you aren’t much of a fan of drinking your greens. It’s a very subtle flavor, and tastes like green tea (and I am not a fan of green tea).

Within the first two weeks I placed another order for the same three items. Both the protein and energy fizz stick flavors are limited edition. I also purchased a few new items I wanted to try. I ordered another flavor of fizz sticks, the true sport hydration drink, mind health, and their skin elixir. To save time I won’t into detail as to what each product is designed to do. But what I will say is that I am a HUGE fan of Arbonne products.

Daily Routine

I have been mixing my greens, skin elixir, mind health and sometimes a Vitamin C packet to help make sure I’m consistently getting in all the products every day. Sometimes I look at the clock and it’s already 9 o’clock at night and I still have yet to drink my supplements because the day has been so busy. On the weekends however, I can usually split up the supplements and drink them separately. This especially helps me with my water intake.

I never thought I would say this statement, but I will 100% never be purchasing Beachbody supplements again. Not only are Arbonne products WAY cheaper, but their ingredients are extremely clean and taste great.

Beachbody Workouts

I am a fan of Beachbody workouts and always will be, as I still do them almost every single day. Their workouts really do work for me, and I love to be able to do them from home. Unfortunately, I cannot say many positives about Beachbody as a company and their “coaches”. But that is for another blog post entirely. I can confidently say Arbonne supplements will always be my go-to when it comes to purchasing protein powders and pre-workout.

Arbonne Fizz Sticks

I have been a LOVER of energy drinks for the last few years. Especially when it comes to the 2-3 o’clock afternoon slump where I am desperately needing some caffeine. However since getting my Arbonne energy fizz sticks, I am finding myself reaching more for the Arbonne products than my energy drink stash. The flavors are delicious, they taste clean, and don’t give me a crash a few hours later. If you are familiar with AdvoCare Spark, this is essentially the same product. It’s meant to give you caffeine and provide you with clean energy.

Arbonne has so many other products aside from nutrition. They also have cosmetics, skincare, shower care, etc. I am definitely planning to purchase more of their protein powders. I always love to have staple chocolate/vanilla protein to reach for when I want a protein shake. They also have a coffee flavor that I am dying to try. I will definitely make a post with an update on the other flavors once I’ve tried them out.

30 Days To Healthy Living?

Now, I will add that Arbonne is known for their “30 days to healthy living”. This is Arbonne’s ‘diet’ program. It’s described as: “A 30-day whole foods clean eating program with a system to equip people with the tools and knowledge to implement life-long health. It is a reset for the liver and kidneys, an elimination program to help identify food sensitivities and give you a weight loss jumpstart”.

I’ve done my fair share of “diets” and 30-day programs. A lot of them make you limit your food intake and swap out meals with shakes and supplements. I will never do that again. Arbonne’s ‘program’ tells you to remove so many things from your diet. This includes grain, sugar, coffee, dairy, soy and artificial sweeteners.  I searched the internet and read a few other blog posts from people who have completed the 30 Days to Health Living. Most of them said that it is a good opportunity to hit the reset button, but may be difficult to manage long-term.

I am 99% confident that I will never try Arbonne’s 30 days of healthy living. I truly believe good physical health boils down to eating your vegetables, moving your body, & enjoying your life. This includes eating sweets and grains when you feel like it. I don’t think you need to eliminate food groups (unless medically necessary) to be successful in your health/wellness/weight loss journey. Although this can and will work for some people. But for me, I know my body and I know what works for me in order to stay consistent. And that is BALANCE. Balance with my diet and my workouts.

I wrote a post earlier in the year about my healthy habits and routines that I’m implementing this year and these products are definitely making it easier for me to be successful.

All in all, I am a huge fan of Arbonne and the products that I’ve tried. Trying Arbonne products for the last 30 days (and then some) has really made me of fan of this company and I will 100% continue to re-purchase and try new things.
