Daily Essentials

  1. Alani Nu Balance – Hands down my favorite ‘supplement’ I’ve ever taken. It has so many benefits and I will never go without this product again. Per Alani Nu’s website, “Balance is strategically designed to support hormonal balance, weight management, complexion, and fertility. Enjoy restorative sleep, improved energy levels, and more”. This is one item I will continue to re-purchase because it has been so beneficial to my overall health and has helped drastically with my skin.
  2. Protein Bars – My favorite protein bars are also from Alani Nu. My favorites are Chocolate Cake (which tastes like a chocolate rice Krispy treat),  and Munchies (which tastes like a candy bar). It’s hard to believe they are protein bars with how delicious they taste.
  3. Collagen Peptides – Collagen helps with increasing your joint health, overall skin vitality, hair/nail health, and digestion quality.  This helps my hair and nails grow SO fast. It’s completely tasteless and I mix it with my other supplements that I drink throughout the day.
  4. Greens – I am someone who doesn’t get enough vegetables in my diet, and this is so east to help supplement my lack of vegetable intake.  I like to mix this with my immunity support and guava nectarine essentials (listed below). All three of these supplements mixed together tastes exactly like sour peach rings.
  5. Energy drinks – The best on the market are 3D energy and Alani nu. Don’t come at me to tell me energy drinks are bad for me… I am going to drink them anyway 🙂 I have had every single flavor of both of these brands and they are hands down the best energy drinks on the market. 
  6. My Hydrojug: This is the BEST thing to help you if you struggle with water intake. It holds ½ gallon and I aim to drink 2 of them a day to reach my gallon a day goal. They have so many fun colors and it’s SO EASY to reach my water intake goal when I have my Hydrojug. 
  7. Verb Energy Bars: Yet another source of delicious caffeine (I don’t have them daily, but I have them pretty often). They are such an easy snack to grab when you need a little boost of energy because they contain 65 mg of caffeine and taste absolutely delicious. My favorite flavors are Vanilla Latte and Coconut Chai. You can try them HERE.
  8. Reds and Greens: Another DAILY supplement that I can’t go without. This supplement is definitely more on the expensive side, however they have been so beneficial to my body. They help boost your metabolism, improve blood flow, increase your energy, improve digestion, improve gut health, reduce bloating and so much more. These are always my night cap and I make sure to get them in every day because I can truly tell a difference in my body when I miss them.
  9. Immunity support: This is another version of the “Emergen-C” that you can get at CVS/Walgreens. I really like this brand and enjoy this flavor more than the Emergen-C. This is what I mix with my greens and Essentials.
  10. Guava Nectarine Essentials: This tastes exactly like sour peach rings. Aminos are the building blocks of protein, and these have 9 of the Essential Aminos your body needs to help optimize your overall health and complete protein synthesis (Again, do your own research if interested).
